Users of the Site are responsible for protecting the privacy of their passwords and ensuring that their accounts are not being misused or accessed by unauthorized persons. If a user suspects their account password is compromised, they should change it immediately.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our Site. To provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our Site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

The Site is a general audience website and is not geared specifically toward children. In order to protect children’s personally identifiable information and to meet the standards of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 that can be used to specifically identify them and we do not permit persons under the age of 13 to use the Site. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use may be entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2016 will receive information regarding 2015 sharing activities).

To the extent we are required under applicable law, we will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

The Site does not respond to “do not track” requests.
